After being diagnosed with cancer, Chris Wark did his own research and healed himself without the use of chemotherapy. While his specific 10-step program is not available for free at this time, the information on the website regarding recommended diet protocols is very well researched and sourced. No specific cancer is mentioned so it would seem that this protocol has a mechanism of action effective for all cancer in general.
The belief is that diet plays a huge role in the aggressiveness and also healing of cancer. Recommendations include avoiding high fat, high sugar foods and animal products, eliminating foods that contain components that interfere with the body’s natural healing like fluoride and alcohol, and eating foods that contain cancer-fighting properties specifically. Mechanistically, this would help to support the body’s natural healing ability, prevent the accumulation of further toxins that would damage the body’s cells, and help to starve the cancer cells.
Survivability and success for something like this is difficult to quantitate, however, the case reports are full of people whose cancer is in remission or completely gone without having to endure the horrors of chemotherapy and the research is clear that feeding the body what it needs to prevent cancer and removing what it doesn’t, makes a tremendous impact in the occurrence or progression of disease.
The contributors on the site are adamant that cancer be treated from many different angles and therapies and is not a one-size-fits-all approach. At the same time, they are very clear that treatments should not destroy the body while killing the cancer. If I had cancer I would seriously dive into the resources and information on this site and would probably start with this as a complete lifestyle change before considering more mainstream treatments, depending on the situation. I would recommend this protocol, whether or not you are already in treatment, to further your education and help support your decisions.
